Hi!
I'm Katie Hartman, plant based retreat caterer and personal chef with over 20 years of professional experience in vegan recipe and menu development and execution. I’ve worked in cafes, restaurants and food coops, but it's with catering that I’ve found my true culinary voice. Each meal is an opportunity to create a complete cultural experience. Over the years, I've created a large repertoire of tried and true plant based recipes, but I also constantly research trends and push myself to incorporate new ideas. It's important to me that vegan food is properly represented; I want people to fall in love with this way of eating and carry that passion into their lives. As a lifelong vegetarian, I really get it, and can create stunning and satisfying menus for discerning palates. I bring a tremendous amount of energy, vision and expertise to every project, from multi day events to weekly meal prep.
